Shipping and Handling

We guarantee every item to be shipped within 3 days after payment has cleared, by the way, transportation cost have to pay by customer too. We will make every effort to ship by the next day. Delivery times may vary on the shipping service and district. All items will be shipped by priority mail and you can receive you new purchase in a speedy. We charge a flat rate for international shipping & handling charge from Thailand Post to anywhere in the world.

Return Policy

35 handicrafts believes in maintaining long-term relationships with customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise. You can return it for a refund (less Shipping & Handling). Please contact us within 7 days from the items ship date. We accept authorized returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days on receipt of the purchase items. Items must be in their original condition with similar of our packing, if not we will not reimburse the return shipping. The refund will be for the price paid, minus shipping and insurance and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
